I was the child who’s report card said “too talkative during class”. I always had a big idea to share and I made sure everyone knew when my birthday was! For as long as I can remember, I’ve liked working with people and building relationships. I also enjoy whatever activities bring people together and on a professional level, real estate and insurance do exactly that. I approach every transaction with the same mindset and that is to provide the best service and make the experience as smooth as possible, for me and you! Whether you’re new to town, or have lived her as long as I, I hope to become a resource and confidant for you.

In addition to hustling real estate and insurance, I own The Princess Theatre and The Blue Buffalo Motel. I enjoy traveling, golfing, traveling, spending time with my family, friends and four-legged beasts and traveling.

Hi, I’m Shelby and I’m new around the office, but not new to town! I’m almost a native, having been in Douglas most of my life. I recently joined The Koss Agency and I’m so glad I did! I never would have guessed I’d have my insurance license, but life is funny that way! I love learning new things and meeting new people, so this is a great fit for me overall!

I enjoy spending time with my pets, my family and online. That’s right, I’m a gamer. When I don’t have my PS5 headset on, I’m probably reading or writing! One day you’ll see my name on the bestseller list for novels, as that’s truly my passion!
